The Colored Canyon is located 100 km away from Sharm el Sheikh. It is close to Dahab (“Golden”), a small Egyptian town. The Canyon is 800 meters long and has a depth of 30 meters. The walls of the canyon are one the most colorful and intriguing rock formations in all of Sinai. They were created by the erosion of water upon sandstone and limestone.
You will then enjoy a swim in the Blue Hole with its turquoise waters in the Abu Glum Nature Reserve with a variety of coral reefs.
You will have an opportunity to enjoy Jeep Safari and ride camel on the beach.
You will enjoy a nice local lunch on your way back to Sharm el Sheikh.
After lunch you will visit a traditional oriental market in cozy Dahab. Don’t forget to bargain there!
